You must not submit material that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.4. Delivery and TurnaroundTurnaround times will be agreed upon before commencement of work. We will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, but are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. natural disasters or third-party technical issues).5. Accuracy and Quality GuaranteeAt On Time Transcripts, we take pride in delivering transcripts you can rely on. Every project is carefully reviewed twice by our team to maintain a consistently high standard of accuracy. If you feel something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your transcript promptly and, where needed, make corrections or provide a revised version at no extra cost.Please note that the level of achievable accuracy depends on the quality of the recording. Clear audio produces the best results, while factors such as background noise, overlapping voices, or strong accents may limit what can reasonably be achieved. Our commitment is to work with you in good faith to resolve any concerns — we want you to feel completely confident in the final transcript.6. Fees and PaymentFees are set out in your quote or invoice. Payment is required before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.7. Refunds and CancellationsRefunds are not available once transcription work has commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for the portion of work completed to date.8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the extent permitted by law, On Time Transcripts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
